This webinar presented concrete examples of how foundations can partner with community development corporations and community development financial institutions to improve neighborhood conditions and address the social determinants of health. Speakers included: Anne Dyjak of the Primary Care Development Corporation, Barry Keppard of the Metropolitan Action Planning Council, and Frances Sheehan of Brandywine Health Foundation.
