Over the last few years, several cultural moments, such as #MeToo and responses to police violence, have raised the national visibility of ongoing social justice struggles. These unique cultural moments have opened new and earnest conversations about the type of country we want to become. This discussion explored how grassroots leaders have leveraged or helped create these moments to build long-term power in their communities and considered how funders have been supporting this work thus far.
