What
Increasing evidence demonstrates that addressing health through the school setting can improve health outcomes and academic success among vulnerable students. A report released by the Healthy Schools Campaign and the Trust for America’s Health, Health In Mind: Improving Education Through Wellness addresses potential areas for national education and health policy change that would support school health. This audioconference revealed the report’s recommendations and how funders have become involved in this issue to address health disparities.
