
Thirty-one states have expanded Medicaid eligibility as outlined in the Affordable Care Act. This second strategic conversation in a series discussed progress in the 19 remaining states. On this call, participants discussed the crossover between Medicaid expansion and the opioid epidemic, and the ways in which Medicaid boosts the tools available to treat adults with substance use disorders.
