The Jackson Chance Foundation (JCF) is seeking an Executive Director to lead its growth and expand its impact on NICU families. Evolving from a volunteer-run initiative to a well-established organization with a strong Chicago presence, JCF has a dedicated Board and successful fundraising efforts. The Executive Director will guide strategic planning, diversify revenue, and strengthen donor engagement.

As the inaugural CEO of GCF steps down, the Board seeks an executive who embraces the Foundation’s core beliefs and who will serve as a thought-leader, inspiring others to build strong and vibrant communities. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the CEO must be a dynamic leader who can create a culture of shared aspirations. GCF and its community partners have spent considerable time in generative dialogue and collective inquiry to uncover opportunities and challenges in building trust, civic engagement and interconnected relationships that inform and affect community health.

Community Memorial Foundation seeks a visionary, community-minded, servant leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer. This individual will lead a mission-driven grantmaking foundation dedicated to measurably improving the health and well-being of those living in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Serve as an executive member of the Foundation’s leadership team, as a key advisor to the CEO, Board and Foundation staff, and as an impassioned ambassador of the Foundation’s mission; Develop effective strategies and identifying opportunities to maximize organizational impact that directly support the mission of the Foundation; Provide effective stewardship of the Foundation’s resources through operational excellence and efficiency; Lead and manage functions responsible for investments, accounting, human resources, grantmaking operations, technology and facilities; Advise the Board, CEO and the leadership team of strategies related to risk management and identifying potential risks to the Foundation and its mission.
